Case Study Overview
The client, a BCBA owned ABA therapy practice, needed a brand new website built from a reference design with no existing site to work from. Requirements included a working contact form that delivered to the client's email, a job application form with resume upload for recruiting, HIPAA-compliant privacy and policy documentation, insurance provider transparency, and a fully responsive experience across desktop and mobile.
Built an 8 page site (Home, Our Approach, Services, About Us, Insurance, Contact, Jobs, Resources) on WordPress with Elementor, modeled after a reference design and matched to the client's brand colors and logo. Implemented SMTP-based email delivery for the contact form, a multi-question job application form with resume upload for the Careers page, an insurance provider showcase with expandable plan listings, a rewritten FAQ section explaining ABA therapy in client approved language, and HIPAA compliant Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Notice of Privacy Practices pages built from client supplied legal documents. Iterated through 8 rounds of client revisions covering copy changes, logo/image treatment (removing human faces per client preference), footer and navigation fixes, mobile-specific rendering issues, and social media link corrections.
Delivered a fully responsive, HIPAA conscious healthcare website with working lead capture and job application forms, accurate insurance and FAQ content, and a polished BCBA owned brand presencecompleted across 8 rounds of client revisions from initial build through final QC and handover.
