Case Study Overview
The client, a new chauffeuring and airport transport business, needed a clean, bold, mobile-friendly website from scratch — with no existing web presence — that could clearly present three vehicle types (Saloon, Estate, MPV), let visitors get an instant quote, book directly via WhatsApp, and rank on Google for airport transfer and executive chauffeur searches across Woking and Surrey.
Built a 5-page WordPress site (Home, Airport Transfers, Executive Chauffeur Service, Areas We Cover, Contact Us) using Elementor on a dark blue and silver theme inspired by the client's reference sites. The Home page features a hero quote widget, a three-vehicle fleet section (Saloon, Estate, MPV) with capacity details, a trust-badge grid and a full booking form with date/time pickers and an optional return-journey toggle. Dedicated landing pages were added for Airport Transfers (with per-airport routes and FAQs) and the Executive Chauffeur Service (with a Woking-focused service breakdown and FAQs), plus an Areas We Cover page listing served towns and airports, and a Contact Us page. A floating WhatsApp chat button connected to the client's business number was added site-wide. Coverage areas and form fields were refined through multiple rounds of client revisions.
Delivered a fully responsive, 5-page executive chauffeur website with keyword-targeted service pages, a working instant-quote and booking-request flow, floating WhatsApp lead capture, SMTP-based email delivery of bookings, and a locally-optimized SEO structure targeting Woking, Surrey and major UK airports — refined across three rounds of client revisions before final handover.
